About Tara Durham

Born in Houston, Texas and raised in Southern California, Tara moved to Scottsdale after college, where she got her start in real estate. In 2008, she and her husband relocated to Dallas, where they fell in love with everything the city has to offer. “I love Dallas’ different neighborhoods, all of which have their own character and unique charm.”

 

Over the past 20 years, Tara has become an expert at listening to her clients and applying all of her skills to help them get just what they want, whether they’re selling a home, buying a home, or both. “Nothing about what I do is cookie-cutter,” Tara explains. “I have to be flexible and creative because every property and client is unique. It’s one of the things I love most about my job. It’s always evolving.”

 

Tara spent 6 years among a top ranking Texas Team whose lifetime sales were upwards of $2 Billion dollars.  In 2023, Tara jumped at the opportunity to join the Tracy Tutor Team to take her skills and experience to the next level.  She recognized the inherent value of being apart of a global brand with international reach.  Tara joining the Tracy Tutor Team at Douglas Elliman has positively impacted her Client’s best interests and exposure to a wider range of Buyers and Sellers.
